About Shays.

Shays Grill Pub opened in January 2004. It is located in the heart of Portland's Monument Square, bordering the arts and financial districts.

Shays offers outdoor seating directly on Monument Square. During the spring, summer, and fall seasons guests can enjoy a meal or drinks while viewing a bit of Portland's best people watching.

Inside Shays is small and quaint. Guests will immediately notice the Boston Red Sox painting above the open kitchen. Additional works of art, by Portland's very own local artists, line the walls.

Shays was recently listed in "Portland Best" as one of Portland's great casual dining restaurants.
